Based on your survey questions, we need to re-visit how to write effective survey questions. Here are some links to help you in your journey....
Survey tips #2 Tip #3
SURVEYS provide groups with necessary data. Before you begin creating your survey, you and your group need to think about a couple of things:

  1. What groups would be interested in your topic?
  2. Who would you potentially survey?
  3. What are you trying to improve/change? How would you word this into a question?
  4. How are you going to get specific data from your survey group?

Surveys are one part of this multifaceted project. You need factual data to "prove" your point, or convince someone that a change must be made! How are you going to do this? When you create your questions, think about what you are looking for. Keep in mind you need specific data and write your questions and answers to "tweak" your data.
